If you are a VIP attendee of the August convention, I’m making a limited number of mini commissions available to you for the first time ever!
Ordering is all run through my Etsy at the moment.

first mini commissions - but not my first rodeo
A little nervous about ordering a commission from a commission newbie? While I haven’t publicly made commissions available before, I have worked on commissioned work for local-to-me conventions and businesses (and you can see some of this work in my portfolio). I’m confident we’ll be able to navigate these new(ish) waters together in a timely manner and I’m excited to go on this journey with you!

STATUS: Five commissions available
Commissions are first come first serve, based on when I receive commission requests, for August BizBaz VIPs only. There will be a maximum limit of five commissions that can be started during this event. Availability will be updated and shared above as the day progresses!

Guidelines
How this commission thing works!
COST: $45-$60
$45: One character 4″x6″ charcoal drawing, matted to 5″x7″, with a simple background.
$60: Two character 4″x6″ charcoal drawing, matted to 5″x7″, with a simple background.
TIMELINE:
– INFO: When you reach out about a commission, please give me a sense of what you’re looking for: character(s), if there’s a specific thing you’d like the character(s) doing, etc. The more info you can give me, the better!
– SKETCH: I will send a rough sketch of the commissioned drawing within 24 hours of receiving the commission request. There will be up to two rounds of revisions to the sketch based on your feedback. Full payment is due once the sketch has been approved.
– DRAWING: Drawings will take up to 2 weeks to complete once the sketch is approved. I will send a picture of the final image once it’s done for a final approval. We can do up to one round of *MINOR* revisions at this stage – due to the nature of charcoal, some changes will be limited.
– MAIL: Your drawing will be sprayed with a matte fixative to help hold the charcoal in place, hinge-mounted to mat board, bagged in a protective plastic sleeve, and shipped to you in a rigid mailer.
CONTENT:
Things I’m happy to draw (the list is longer than this, but to give you an idea):
– Pets
– Original characters
– General fantasy/sci-fi/steampunk
– Mythological creatures
Things I will not draw:
– Licensed content (Exceptions for licenses you own or properties with a limited license that supports fan art)
– Violence
– NSFW
Terms:
– I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
– I retain all rights to the artwork. The commissions artwork may not be edited, redistributed, or monetized in any way without my express written permission.
– Full payment is due once the sketch has been agreed upon.
